Hal Ozsan

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Hal Ozsan (born, Halil Özşan, October 26, 1976) is a British actor of Turkish Cypriot descent; raised in Britain. He is best known for his roles as Michael Cassidy in the hit ABC Family series, Kyle XY and Todd Carr in the WB's Dawson's Creek.
